How long does it take to be listed in the MLS?
Typically, it takes twenty (24) hours to be listed on the MLS.
MLS ASAP! will submit your (the Seller’s) listing to the MLS within twenty four (24) hours based upon the time we receive the following items:
- Receipt of Payment
- Signed “Agency Disclosure Form”
- Signed “Exclusive Facilitator Listing Agreement”
- Completed “Property Listing Input Form”
All of the aforementioned forms can be easily submitted via our website (mlsasap.com).
Without receiving all the proper documentation, with written signature(s), MLS ASAP! will not enter your listing in the MLS.
